By enrolling in classes and/or maintaining an active membership with Ferrari Dance Academy, all participants and/or parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Instructor & Schedule Policy

Ferrari Dance Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, substitute instructors, combine classes, or cancel classes based on instructor availability, enrollment, or operational needs. Instructors are subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing Policy

Enrollment rates, membership fees, and associated pricing are subject to change annually. Updated pricing may take effect on January 1 of each calendar year. Members will be notified of any pricing adjustments in advance when applicable.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations require a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice submitted through the student portal. Verbal requests, text messages, social media messages, or emails will not constitute official cancellation notice unless otherwise approved by management. Membership billing will continue during the 30-day notice period.

Accounts with stop payments, chargebacks, or payment reversals before all amounts due are paid will be subject to collections, current and former members are responsible for all associated fees and collection costs.

Membership Pause Policy

Membership pauses require a minimum of fifteen (15) days’ written notice submitted through the student portal. Verbal requests, text messages, social media messages, or emails will not constitute an official pause notice unless otherwise approved by management. Membership billing will continue during the 15-day notice period. Memberships may be paused for a maximum of one (1) month per request. At the conclusion of the approved pause period, membership billing and enrollment will automatically resume unless otherwise approved by management.

Non-Membership Class Agreement & Refund Policy

By registering for and participating in non-membership classes at Ferrari Dance Academy, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment & No Refund Policy

All class purchases are final. By submitting payment, participants acknowledge and understand that no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to attend.

Class Cancellation Policy

In the event a class is canceled by the instructor or Ferrari Dance Academy, class credit will be issued to the participant’s account within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Credits may be applied toward future classes or academy services as permitted by academy policy.

Ferrari Dance Academy reserves the right to substitute instructors, modify class schedules, or cancel classes based on instructor availability, enrollment, or operational requirements. Instructors are subject to change without prior notice.

Participants Conduct & Studio Expectations

Ferrari Dance Academy is committed to a safe, respectful, and positive environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class, suspension, or termination of enrollment at the discretion of Ferrari Dance Academy. Participants and parents/guardians may be responsible for the cost of any intentional damage to academy property.

Photography, Videography & Media Release

Ferrari Dance Academy may photograph, film, record, or live stream academy activities. By enrolling or participating, participants and/or parents/guardians’ consent to the use of the participant’s image, likeness, voice, and performance for promotional, marketing, educational, social media, website, and other lawful business purposes without compensation.

All media created by or for Ferrari Dance Academy remains its property and may be published or shared publicly. Parents or legal guardians enrolling participants under 18 confirm they have authority to provide this consent on the minor’s behalf.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, and related activities involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Participants and/or parents/guardians agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Ferrari Dance Academy, its owners, instructors, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred while participating in Ferrari Dance Academy activities or while on academy premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Participants affirm they are physically capable of participating in dance activities and understand it is their responsibility to consult a physician regarding any medical concerns prior to participation.

Agreement

Ferrari Dance Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. By enrolling in classes and maintaining an active membership, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies, procedures, and terms outlined above.
